reason for a one star is the fact that they have been consistantly looking for more ways to make money from renters while in the middle of a ressesion through raising of fees, rents, and fines while providing less to there renters than in previous years. Have been a renter here for almost 10 years and will be leaving at end of lease due to fact, we had issues with walls at our trailer which were being held up by paint and a leaking fire box in heater, when no fall inspection was done to check heater and my family was subjected to 3 months of low level carbon monoxide posining before we could get someone in to replace it.
