I was a repeat customer. Back when they were a good business about two blocks from where they are currently located.

They used to charge 50 for an estimate and then use that for the repair if you decided to have them make that repair.. And they were so nice at the desk and helpful..

Now they have this new place.

I brought two TVs in for an estimate which now costs allot more!

They took weeks to "diagnose" them. I finally called and got the run around. Ended up calling back later to hear the guy tell me that he couldn't find parts for one of my flatscreens, and the other one would be too expensive to fix for what it's worth....

I payed over 100 for that crap estimate!

Then years later I called about taking in a tv I had in there before that they had actually fixed when they owned the other building. It cost me 70 bucks before....well I just told him about it on the phone and he said it was gonna cost me about 120$

How could he know that without even looking at my tv.

I just told him how disappointed I was with how crappy this place had become and hung up.

2 years later I finally decided to give them one more shot...

I took that broken tv in finally....... 2 weeks NO CALL

I call in they say they ordered the wrong parts.

Another week and a half goes by NO CALL.

I call in again "still waiting on parts"

They have changed.. They are horrible steer clear!!

Buyer Beware!!!!

I was surprised by their excellent service and convenience.

I dropped my dads computer off to be repaired on Thursday and it was done by Monday. I was told how long it would take and how much it would cost. The only thing I was surprised about was that I did not have to stand in line for an hour to be told they could not fix it ala Geek Squad.

Great place. Repaired my Samsung 42" plasma in 1day at a VERY reasonable price. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would use again for any tv/pc repair and highly recommend,

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I dropped a laptop off for repair and was told I would get a call in 1-3 days...no call. So I stopped in after five business days, was told would be finished the next. Tried to call several times the next day and only voicemail. So I go in and of course it is not done, "because we have no one here that can solder today"

Was also quoted $120 then the bill was $121.80. So be ware if they quote you a price it may change.

Overall very sad to see a local Richland Business with such poor customer service, I should have taken it to K-Zoo.
