In a day when customer service is a 4 letter word, they\se guys surpassed our expectations. They came when they said they would and even though I was not home, they explained everything to my nanny. They got out stains I thought would never come out; pet stains, liquid medicine, and grease. They moved furniture, were courteous of my sleeping 2 yr old and the price they quoted was the price I paid. Great job!
