It houses the state s Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS), which contains millions of fingerprints, as well as criminal records and the electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification (eSORN) database. The Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, headquartered in London, Ohio, also maintains a presence across the state with regional laboratories and offices in Richfield, Bowling Green, Boardman and Cambridge, Ohio.
