Dr gardner's office is run like a good old fashioned medical office. A patient is not a number... A patient is a unique human being . The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Gardner has been my family Dr for many years. I like the way I am treated.

I was a patient for over 20 years. When I switched physicians I requested my records in writing. Six weeks later I received bits & pieces of worthless information. No records of monthly visits or medication prescribed. A few specialist records were there but not much from Dr Gardner's office. Not only were my records lost but none of the patients information are on the computer. So there is no backup of my medical history for decades. There was NOTHING from the last 2 years at ll. I made several calls to the office but didn't fell they could be bothered looking for my records in a warehouse. I have called Blue Cross & the were very helpful as was Costco who printed out my medications for the last 5 years. I will take this further if I do not receive any documentation by 2014. Dr Gardner' s office is responsible for my medical records & all the patients. But sadly they don't care about patients just care about their insurance. Happy with new Dr. But I still need my medical records.

Dr. Gardner is the best doctor that anyone could ask for!!! Not only did he save my mother's life (who has since passed away), but he has saved mine. Dr. Gardner and staff treat you as a patient, not as an insurance card. I would continue under his care whether or not he took my insurance. He is kind, caring, empathetic, and keeps in mind that you are a patient, not an insurance check!!!!! Thank you Dr. Gardner, I don't know what I would do without you!!!!
