I work for a company that helps raise money for non-profits. We spent close to $400 to have this place print and bind 13 copies of a 41 page client presentation. They skipped 13 pages. When we pointed it out to them originally they said, oh well take care of you and reprint the books that night. Then they called back and said, sorry, not only we will not be able to reprint the books, but we are going to have to charge you for any additional work. So they charged us an additional $95 to print the missing pages and then we had to unbind all 13 books and put them back together with the missing pages (and they had gotten some of the pages out of order). It is one thing to make a mistake, but for management to not take any responsibility (the employee was willing) shows how this store is run. They don't really care about their customers...I will never return here again.
They're a lot less crowded than most other Kinko's. The location at Coit and Campbell is very convenient, and the people there were very nice! I was able to make my copies and fedex them off without having to wait in line.
