General Info

Eileen Scheib began baking her delicious Praline Bars over 30 years ago and established Eileen's Sweet Indulgences in 2011 in her hometown of Dallas, Texas for everyone to enjoy them. Texans across the state have fallen hats over boots for her special Original mix of Texas-grown pecans, brown sugar, and butter atop crunchy, honey graham crackers. She now offers her Praline Bars in seven varieties: Original, Oatmeal (Nut Free), Gluten Free, Chocolate, Sweet & Salty, Cayenne, and Chipotle for some of that Southern kick. Eileen is proud to have grown her business and to continue to share her Praline Bars at farmers markets, festivals, special events, and through her online store, so that all of y'all can "Enjoy your indulgences!"

Hand-made Praline Bars on delicious graham cracker with a praline topping of brown sugar, butter, and Texas-grown pecans. We have 7 varieties of Praline Bars: original, oatmeal (nut free), gluten free, chocolate, sweet & salty, cayenne, and chipotle. Special orders available for practically any diet. Gift boxes available for special occasions: bridal and baby showers, hospitality bags, weddings, and corporate gifts. Find us at Farmers Markets around town, including Four Seasons Markets every Saturdays from 9am to 2pm at 677 W. Campbell Rd Richardson, TX and Sundays at 201 Stacy Rd.
