Crazy unprofessional. Says open until 6pm on website and on the door, she told me on the phone she closed at 5. When I said we couldn't make it there by 5 she ENCOURAGED me to come anyway, said she would wait and it was no problem. Told her we had two dresses that needed alterations. More people came in after us! Had no helpful ideas how to fix my moms dress. Suggested cutting it straight down the back instead of taking it up in the seams. Had no mirror so you could see the back of your dress. Pinned my daughters dress all crooked and clearly didn't want to do it again when I suggested it was too short. Wouldn't quote any pricing until the job is done. Turned the lights out on my 85 yr old mom while she was changing. Said we had wasted her time and we said you would have had customers if you were nicer and she said she had enough customers. If she doesn't want to stay later she should change her door and website and not encourage them to come late!!!
