I usually do not write reviews, but feel this is worth it. We chose to put our son in daycare after he turned 2. We chose this place because of the price and convenience of where we work. He was up to date on his shots, has hardly had any sicknesses and started potty training before we put him in daycare. What a mistake. He started daycare in August and 4 months later we have to pull him out (it took that long was because we had to find a good daycare that would enroll in the middle of the school year). Since starting here he has had whooping cough, 2 ear infections, 3 colds and a respiratory infection. The money we saved in childcare went to doctor visits. They say they work on potty training, but when I ask how it went there is an excuse. There is no real curriculum at the Armadillo location. I even went to pick him up a few times and he was wet to which they would it was milk/water. I try not to judge a book by its cover, but that does not apply here. It is sad this daycare is open.

My daughter started going to this Daycare and as a parent I was always skeptical about where I was leaving my little girl Jasmine. At first I felt unseasy because I really didnt know her teacher but after a couple of months I was very happy to see my daughter come home and want to go back to school. She attended for about a year and 4years later I moved close to the area so my son Omar could attend Armadillos to Zebras. He loves his school and his teacher. I did check out other daycares and nothing comes close to being able to trust people with the care of both of your children. My children love going. As a parent I dont like to leave them in somone elses care but at Armadillos to Zebras I know that my kids are well taken care of.

My children have attended armadillos to zebras forever. We moved away and I didn't find people who cared as much for my children as they did at armadillos. The teachers are nurturing towards the children and the staff always greets me with a great good morning or good evening. If i move back to the Richardson area i definately know where my children will attend.

The lady who owns the day care has her kids also working there. I have 3 kids of my own and they all come home and talk about MS.KELCI. She obviously needs more training taking her anger out on the kids yanking them by the arms. My daughter has been placed in timeout with her forget she was there and miss out on lunch but good thing they have other staff there that care for them. The day care is wonderful but is not the place for FANMILY ISSUES and that's exactly what the KNOLLS bring here

My son has been going there two months and he has been sick 5x's. He is only 11 months & they call him a problem child! That is crazy, no baby is a problem. Also, he had a temperature of over 100 and when I picked him up, that's when she decided to contact me (instead of calling me sooner). Anything could have happened to my child & it seems like they just brush it off with less concern. I will not be going back to this place. It is dirty. They clean the floors with bleach that newborn's crawl around on. I've witnessed many babies crying in their cribs for min's without any supervision of picking them up; they just let them cry themselves to sleep. The only thing I say that is somewhat good is the staff can be nice at times, depending on what kind of mood they're in that day. I just think that overall, they should be more attentive. Use better/less-harsh chemicals for cleaning tools and stop letting babies put their hands in each others mouths, etc-. My son's hands are always dirty!

I have two children that attend both buildings. I think it's great that at 5 o'clock they bus my daughter up to the baby school for my own convenience so I don't have to pick them up at two different locations. When I pick them up they're clean, happy and never want to go, which is always a great sign for a single mother. The owner, Cindy, is great along with all the other staff. Its a warm welcoming environment that I recommend anyone take their children to!

Great Staff and Great Service! My little girl has been attending this daycare center for 5 years! The Pre-K program taught by Mrs. Webb is AWESOME, my child is at the top of her class in public school and finishes her homework by herself before I show up!

This is the best daycare/pre-school ever. My son as been there since he was 3 months old and he's now 2 years old. I've never had a big issue with them. He knows how to count to 50. He knows his alphabet. I would recommend this school in a heartbeat!

At their Spring Valley location they allow a little to dog to run free around the halls. I went in to check their prices and the dog bit me! I have a 2-inch blue bruise on my ankle now.

Yes the price is good. But the owner isn't worth it! She screams and yells at the kids. If she has a problem the kids and staff will feel the pain!! Yelling at the staff in front of the kids swearing like a sailor. She has been known to be mad at a parent and take it out on the child" time out, withholding food, talking bad about the childs parent in front of the child." State go's by but she always talks her way out of everything or she'll make you feel sorry for her but NEVER will she change or the way she runs her centers. Or the way she speaks to children and adults! My kids did go there. They would come home hungry and say that the teachers yell at the kids to much. They were scared to go in after awhile. Cindy would say yes we feed them but talking to other staff that was a front for the parents. There was dog food in the fridge where the childrens food goes. Staff would yell at the kids and say tell your mamma to help you in the bathroom. Go but BE WARE! Pay attention!

I have 2 children at the Waterfall location (they also have a Spring Valley location that is for 3 and older). What I like is that for the past 3 years my children have gone there they have the same staff at this location. This is the main reason I choose for my children to go here. They are not young girls that are there one week and gone the next. I think it is important for our children to have consistency and not having a new teacher every time they turn around. Also it is reasonable priced compared to other centers. The downside is its not the most attractive center, and not too fond of the location because it is busy in the afternoon but I can work with that part because my children really like it there. Also I like when I pick up my children they are not filthy, and Ms. Syble is the one who is usually there during closing and she always makes sure they are clean, have a snack and something to drink when I pick them up. It sure does make the ride home easier.

I hate this school! The owner allows the teachers to be rude and disrespectful towards the kids. Everytime I went in to pick up my daughter I would hear teachers calling the kids ugly names and yanking their arms and telling them to "shut up". Also, it is very dirty and cluttered and it smells like urine. One of the teachers there never wears shoes and they send 3 year olds home with homework, which is absurd at this age. Believe me they do not have a 3 acre playground. It's close to half an acre. Yes, the prices are reasonable at $105 but for teachers that do not care about the kids and the appearance of the school, it's not worth it. Ugh, this school needs to be shut down in my opinion.

The best decision I ever made!

The staff are wonderful and the price is very reasonable compared to the other daycares I've seen. My daughter has attended this daycare for almost two years and we have never had a problem. I disagree with the statement that Cindy Knoll has poor customer service, she has always given me extension on my tuition and she says nothing but nice things when we talk. The summer program that they have to offer is wonderful, my daughter loves it and always looks forward to the exciting field trips. This daycare has even worked miracles, my daughter was a very "picky" eater before she came there and now she eats a variety of foods without a problem.
