While most Call Centers claim to have a diversity of services to offer, typically they only handle one or two elements really well (Customer Service, Sales, etc.). 3Sixty Call Center impressed our company with their ability to handle a number of services (including Customer win-back Campaigns, Order Confirmation with Up-Selling, and much more) at an extremely high-level for each service. 3Sixty really knows how to assist a customer - when I contacted them by email they quickly called me to get me the assistance I needed and it was great speaking to someone whose accent I could easily understand! Thanks for finding the solution to my problem and hope you guys continue to provide such great service to all your other customers.
