Their prices on tires are ridiculously high. They quoted me over $2,200.00 for a set of 4 20" tires for my pickup truck. And that did not include balancing or new valves. I found a better deal in Cameron, WI for under $1,400.00. As for their oil changes, if you can change the filter and drain the engine yourself, you are far better off doing it than spending $40.00 on just that. They do not look at anything else.

My brake line sprung a leak and I went over to Pomp's. They were NOT busy, no one was there, the boys were sitting in the office. They refused to help me and sent me back out on the road with no brakes (the fluid was all gone by that time). The mechanic knew how bad it was and said nothing when the manager told me to go home and bring it back another day. I complained to the main office and was told by a man there that next time I didn't have any brakes I shouldn't go out on the road which really made me mad because I had brakes when I left home. I did not purposely set out to drive with no brakes. I was forced onto the road with no brakes by Pomp's. I will NEVER go there again and I will encourage everyone I know to go someplace else. The previous owner treated me well and did a good job for me. Since this business has changed names and owners, the service has deteriorated and the people running it do not care about the customers.
