I Will never purchase anything from Sears again. After placing a large order for multiple appliances to fill 14 apartments, the store and the main office failed to honor a one year warranty. This after the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have also had problems with the brand new appliances breaking down. I wish I had purchased somewhere else. There is no reason to buy from Sears, either for warranty, customer service or quality, they fail on all counts.
