Hi, I grew up in Revere, run my own business as well. For sure, Revere has certainly changed a lot and seems to be not getting better. However, I went into the Salon in Revere (the original one). Funny, the owner was present when I was there. I purchased some product as well called: Torment, which is a bronzer at almost $30.00 Dollars not to mention I tan there 3-4 times a week. Well, first time I used "torment" and, guess what -- lol -- what a torment! That stuff burns and irritates your skin, at least mine. Now, I nicely asked to exchange it, and, it was used a little. However, I had a bad reaction and I use their services weekly. When the Owner (man) said he could not do anything and I was stuck with it....I bought it and complained nicely about it, that same night. Well, he went on and on, and refused to help me. I was willing to take a lesser bottle of value in exchange. His answer: "Well, that bottle is unused and I cannot resell it." To begin, he must have paid a lot cheaper than $30.00 for it. I went online you can get these for like 10-15 bucks. He being a retailer a lot cheaper. Well, he did nothing about it, and, I said, I come here three times a week. Basically,trying to give him the hint...yeah, maybe you lot out on the product, but you will makre me happy, and I will be (as I have been) a loyal "repeat" customer....worth more than $30.00 Dollars. He was thick headed, did not care...mind you, this is the OWNER! Well, never again! I refuse to go there again! Yours, Revere Tanning Sucks!
