Joe travels very far to come to my small home, but treats my practical couch and well trodden carpets as carefully as much grander ones at Harvard Univ and in the Back Bay (where he also does work): with the utmost care. His professionalism is refreshing, a throwback to my youth when business was done with a handshake. His work and manner are impeccable and I recommend him highly.
