I called from Houston, Paul Provos answered, told him what I needed , asked him if he had ant specials, sales, etc... Asked him to pull the items for my son in law who was flying in from Denver that moment- Paul held them - son in law walked in picked them up! Honestly Paul got it- you could tell by his straight forward ness on the phone!!!!
