I came in on a Tuesday and got items on Wednesday morning. I had 10 crystal awards engraved for my department. I also had 1 Waterford crystal clock engraved. I couldn't of been more happy. I called several other places and no one would touch my items let alone get them done with in 24 hours.

In spite of having been given an example of 8 previous winning names on this trophey plate to duplicate, this engraver managed to find a typeprint entirely unique to the plate, with the new name being just over half the width of the others of the same letter amount. Great job - NOT!!!!!
