To much noise! I like dogs but my neighbor above me has no control over there dogs .Howling and barking. The people are noisy also. On top of everything else they rented me the wrong apt. I was supposed to get a top floor apt. They even gave me a top floor apt. number for my change of address . When I went to sign the lease I had to settle for the 2nd floor. Big mistake. This place is poorly managed. My advise is to look elsewhere.

Trash is not picked up around complex, getting things repaired is like pulling teeth. I am not sure how the maintenance guy, Mike, keeps his job. Parking is not as much a problem as it used to be. The neighbors are great, quiet complex, updated apts, very nice touches. The mgr is very nice I just wish the manager would enforce the rules regarding speed limits, parking, trash on lawns and the clutter on patios.
