Don't be like me-wishing U listened & bought jewelry someplace else. Be smart, skip this place. I purchased ring, needed sized-it took 7 days & they charge xtra. I kept in box until wedding. After wedding noticed one of the baguettes was loose. Took in & they were to build up undercarriage. 6 Days later went on lunch hour to pick up. should have checked before I left but was rushing & didn't until the evening. The build up was sloppy & jagged-cutting my finger. The row of baguettes were crooked, the gold around the row was nicked in 2 spots. Went back, showed it to manager who said they had the ring at 2 locations, would order it & make exchange. I asked how long-they said 2 wks. At 2 wks they called to say it needed 3-4 days to size. 7 days later - I called & was told it's ready. The ring is still cr*p. 1 row has a gap between the baguette & band. The undercarriage by 1 baguette is broken & sharp. I never heard thank you or sorry thru the entire deal. The policy of no refunds is bad.
