Terry did a fantastic job for me and I will use them again. She is so pleasant and fun to work with.

I had (3) sets of cards made up with QR codes on the back and during the process the QR codes got mixed up between people. When I called to discuss, Terry was rude about it. Before any discussion her comment was " And I bet you are expecting us to pay for the reprints" without figuring out if it was their mistake or mine. If it was my mistake I would not expect them to pay but did not get a chance to explain that before she got upset and rude. There are better places for business card printing
