I enjoyed my 1st two visits to the improved Pintos', even bought a gun. Bought some powder next visit, then different day bought the wrong primers for that powder. Tried to return them right away and got the typical big biz hassle and gov regulations about can't help me switch to proper primers - told what if I could be a product tamperer? Asked if they want to lose me for the long haul as a good customer? Still no joy, so left unhappy but calm. Well, tried an email next day to see if she rethought the issue in my favor - dang that didn't go well and I was told this & that... and told to not come back! Wow and damn, I like to support the little guy / biz's. I guess the customer ain't right in America anymore or big Daddy gumint is controlling every last little detail.
