When I first went in, the receptionist, Jackie, got snotty with me when I told her their benefits page for my insurance coverage was out of date. I saw the Dr. with a prescription written elsewhere. She told me that if the script wasn't right, she would happily make any changes required for the lenses to work their best. I offered to return to the writer and have them update it if neccessary, but she said not to worry, she would take care of it, no problem.The next day I went back.
