The Hillcrest Special Services Center offers a variety of special programs and is located in Renton, Wash. It offers behavioral disability programs, as well as preschool special education and Even Start program. The center also runs an early childhood education and assistance program. It offers a variety of services for preschool children with significant developmental delays. The center s programs include speech, physical and occupational therapies. Its special education services include individualized, specially designed instruction in academic, self-help, communication, motor, vocational and social skill areas. The center s special education program serves students with autism; communication disorders; traumatic brain injuries; health, hearing, visual and orthopedic impairments; and developmental, multiple, specific learning and behavioral disabilities. The Hillcrest Special Services Center is a part of Renton School District 403, which administers several elementary, middle and high schools.
