I have to give credit to all nurses at this place. Despite all the horrible things going wrong at this place, the nurses I dealt with were always pleasant and professional.



I finally had it with this place. My latest episode was horrible. Had a physical, which by law should be totally covered by insurance. The doctor's visit took about 45 minutes which was OK. Afterwords, I had to wait for 90 minutes so that can do the lab work. A very grumpy lady poked my twice to get blood sample, but that was not the problem.

I waited for the doctor to contact me with results, but never received it. Called and asked to get the results 3 times and was told they will give me a call, which never happened. Then I received a bill with the lab work. Called the billing lady (Colleen) and she told me three times she will take care of it. Then I got a second bill and no doctor's call. Called the office manager (Jennifer) and she said she will take care of both the bill and the lab results. I finally got a call from the nurse with my lab work. But to my surprise, I received a collection notice in the mail.

Called the office again asking for Jennifer who REFUSED to take my call and directed my to Colleen who said she will give me a call today or tomorrow with an update. Never received a call back and kept leaving messages that went unanswered.. When I finally got a hold of Colleen, who said she left me a message - another lie - and I have to pay the balance which she quoted me the wrong $$.

Somehow I was able to get to Northeast Health, the office's parent company and they admitted that the office made a mistake by billing the wrong procedure and had Colleen correct the problem. It has been almost a month and I never received an apology, and my name is still with the collection agency. I may have my credit history ruined because of incompetent people like Jennifer and Colleen that should find something else to do.



If you are a current patient, pay a close attention to your bill. Odds are you or your insurance are overpaying.



If you are a new patient, stay away from this office. Unless of course you want to be overcharged or like to receive collection notices.
