All State of Nevada and Federal laws concerning property management and licensing requirements are followed absolutely and kept in compliance as laws and guidelines change. The company is currently located at 804 Mill Street, NV 89502 Reno with hours of operation to the public between 9: 00 a.m. and 5: 00 p.m. on Monday thru Friday, and on Saturday by Appointment. On the weekends and evenings, we have emergency phone services available for clients and customers. The culture and system this business is founded upon enables us to provide excellent management services to its clients, and also to allow excellent customer service to its tenants and customers for long term harmony via conflict resolution and strong long term business relationships. Our goal is to provide an alternative in property management that is compassionate yet firm and fair with all parties involved. Western Nevada Management, Inc. uses state-of-theart technology to manage its trust accounting, and client and tenant information. The YARDI Genesis program is used as the computer program for data handling. It will be able to provide information for all audits necessary to comply with Nevada Real Estate Laws, and maintain records in a clear and professional fashion. Clear and concise contracts are provided to all parties involved in any transaction as client or customer. Communication and understanding by all parties is the fundamental objective for the management and success of the company. A certified or licensed manager will be in charge of your account, however, we are committed to ensuring the entire team is aware of your association to better handle any inquiries or emergencies.
