We are a local law firm. We work and live in this community. We are committed to offering our local community associations the best service possible and the most convenient option for Board Members and Community Managers that work in Reno, Sparks, Carson City and other nearby towns and communities. We will find time for you here at our office in mid-town Reno. Van Duyne also offers monthly luncheons for Board Members at her office and at these luncheons offers advice on as well as a forum for discussion of current topics related to community associations. She is also happy to offer a New Board Member Training Seminar to Associations if their annual elections bring NRS 116 novices onto the Board. Our firm’s success stems from making a conscientious effort to complete work on time for our Associations, as well as an effort to fit legal work to the client’s needs instead of to the lawyer’s needs. We offer several different payment arrangements for our community associations including hourly and flat fee rate options. If faced with a major NRED proceeding or District Court lawsuit, we will assist in preparing a legal action plan, a budget and a strategy for moving forward.
