Provided by YPmobileI took my iPad Air 2 in for a cracked screen and my button broke during repair. (As a security feature H buttons can only be replaced by Apple) Tony and I learned a lot through this process but he made sure I left his store happy and with a full functioning iPad. They will be fair with you I do recommend them 100% for their honestly and skills.

We put a one year warranty on all parts that we install. Parts sold for customer installation are tested before sale but do not have the same warranty due to the possibility of ESD damage. Provided by YP.comTook my laptop in for a broken power port repair. The staff was rude, the cost was way to high, and there work was sloppy and it took WAY to long to fix. The port is broken again. All I did was plug it in and the port fell right out. I didn't shove it in or anything. Worst computer service in town. Really wish I could give this business less than 1 star. they don't deserve it.

Provided by YP.comMy computer at work got a really bad virus and was basically useless. I took it in to the Computer Guy for their Virus Scan special. In less than a day, they fixed my computer up and I was back in business. Thanks Computer Guy!

Provided by YP.comMy computer recently caught a virus which caused the entire system to crash. Chris, Wyatt and Tony are the best. They were able to retrieve all my files, correspondence, financials, etc. and then reload all the programs that were previously on it. I have transcription business and my "auto text" and "auto correct" are very, very vital and they were able to retrieve those as well. Once home, I had some minor issues - I just called them and they dialed in and corrected everything. They were very patient and understanding with my many questions, phone calls and concerns. Thanks so much guys. You are the best.

Provided by YP.comWe use The Computer Guy for all our computer needs at our business and could not be any happier. The piece of mind knowing that we have our backs covered if a problem pops up. One Friday our payroll computer locked up, Friday is payday and panic set in. We took the computer over to Tony and the guys at The Computer Guy and they were able to repiar the problem that day in time to make out the payroll. I will always have Tony on our team, I can't handle the pressure of not knowing what to due if a computer fails. They really care and put there all in there service.

Tony was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned with the problem I was having. They were able to take care of my problem in a very short time and were very fair with what they charged me. Provided by YP.comI took my computer to The Computer Guy awhile back and was pleasantly surprised to find a very gentile person at the counter who cared about my problems. First off my computer was infected and secondly it was slow. Since it is my business computer, my life was on hold till this was going to be fixed.
I told Jennifer about my issues with the computer and signed it in and she said it would be a few days till it got on the bench (apparently there were others in line with the same problems). I left it there and to my surprise, two days later a tech called and told me the computer would need a virus scan, and if I wanted to speed it up, some memory. Total bill was less than two hundred dollars and it was done the next day.
My hat goes off to them for running a smooth, efficient operation.

Provided by YP.comI am extremely satisfied with the job done when my computer crashed. They had it back to me the next day. Then when I had problems with a password change on my website one of their techs was able to fix the problem from their office without even taking it in.

Provided by YP.comI had my computer completely revamped by "The Computer Guy" about two years ago. It is better than new!! Everyone is friendly and they help you with any questions you may have.
I won't go to anyone else with any computer problem!

Provided by YP.comI have never been so pleased with service companies as with The Computer Guy. I was happy to see there was a beautiful young lady at the front counter helping people get checked in. She helped me feel at ease.
Two days after I checked it in, the computer was on the table and the tech was calling to see if I had any special instructions.
When I got the computer home, the icons were back where they were before, the programs were working and the annoying virus that kept telling me to purchase it was gone!

I put my computer into the shop at The Computer Guy awhile ago (about a month) and then I went on vacation. I hadnt even checked out the computer before I left. When I found a problem with it (even though it was a minor one) that I probably didnt mention to them and had wanted to get fixed, I thought they would charge me since it had been so long.
Get this! I took the computer back to them and they fixed it without my even having to check it in! They even came out to the car to bring it in!!
I will never go anywhere else to have my computer worked on!!

Provided by YP.comI went in to the store in a big panic! I thought my papers were gone! The lady at the front counter was very soothing and helped me get calmed down. The techs told me that most likely the data was okay and even though there was a large line of computers waiting to get serviced, they would just hook up the drive to see if the data was there. After calming my fears, I went home and a day and a half later... voilah my data back on the computer and the computer working again! Oh the price was only 158.00! I was well pleased.
