Sports West Athletic Club is a fitness center that provides a range of training and exercise programs. The center offers a variety of equipment, including lifecycles, rowing machines, Stairmasters and elliptical trainers. It provides weight conditioning, aerobic, Pilate and youth fitness programs. The center offers a range of group fitness, indoor cycling, yoga, cardio dance, hip-hop, lap swimming, body sculpting and toning workout classes. It additionally provides strength development, weight reduction, stretch step, exertubing and aerobics classes. Sports West Athletic Club offers tanning, membership and 24-hour services.
