I bought a cut and highlight deal from groupon and scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I got to the salon and the stylist was still with a client. When she was finally done she told me that I was only scheduled for a hair cut and she had another appointment in 30 mins and would not be able to accomodate me. As someone who does not have a lot of free time I was very disappointed that I had to wait so long to get in and then refused service for something I had already paid for. I will never go to this salon ever again and warn everyone not to buy any deals from this place!

The management is serious lacking. The front desk is always manned by rude, unsmiling people. This is not a fancy salon, yet management has a very snobby attitude. I would not recommend anyone go there.
