Brought my car in for window tinting and ended up getting some audio work done. Great prices definatly not as pricey as I had been quoted at other stereo shops. I was very happy with the outcome. Tint job was excellent, and the system sounded amazing. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any tinting or car audio work.

I wrote the previous review about Reno Auto Sound not taking care of the cost for re-tinting my car after they had put the wrong tint on my back windows and i am writing this one to say that they have since agreed to pay me the cost of re-tinting. Thank you Reno Auto Sound for standing behind your business.

I hope people read this and do not go here for window tinting. I went in February of this year to have my car windows tinted, we told them we were moving to Hawaii and to please tint the windows according to Hawaii state law. They told us the back windows could be as dark as they could go. He looked on his chart to make sure, we told him to go ahead, they are the professionals, not us. Once we got here to Hawaii we were told our car would not pass inspection because the windows were too dark. They had put on a 5% tint and the law (since 1983) ys cannot be below 35%. So it is going to cost us 150.00 to have it removed and replaced to the legal tint. When I called Reno Auto Sound to let them know I wanted them to pay the 150.00 ofor their mistake they agreed only to ship me the 35% film for replacement. They agreed to their mistake but this is all they would agree to. This is not right...I will be doing everything I can to discredit them as a reputable company.

These guys are awesome. Had my window tint done on my 04 Tahoe. I couldn't find one thing wrong with the tint. Would recommend to everyone.

Brought my BMW in to install remote start,alarm system, and keyless entry. They don't know how to work on foreign cars. When my car windows quit working and then the car died they refused to fix it Another mechanic removed their parts and they refused to refund my money.
