Red Rock Road Pizza has a new manager and new crewmembers and WOW what a difference!!!! The food is great, the staff is friendly and courtious. This has got to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in.
I highly recommend anyone who has not been there to try it. If you have been there in the past with the old management, weather you liked it or not go back again.

We love this place. We normally order for carry out and we've never been disappointed.

No surprise this place is out of business. The "owners" couldn't run a vacuum cleaner let alone a pizza restaurant. Screwing everybody who tried to help, run a profitable business, is not how you gain success. enjoy your failure, I know I am

I had two pizzas delivered with a liter od soda.... Total bill was $67. I live just down the street and have ordered pizza at least 8 times. Last three times they put very little cheese. I decided to give them one more chance and specifically asked for extra cheese. When they delivered them, it was the worst one yet!! I showed the delivery girl and she agreed that it was terrible and said she would talk to the owner. She called back and said that she checked with the cook who said he put 20% more cheese in it. Really???? The owner would not admit the mistake and offered me a 30% discount for my next order. Now why would he think I would go back? I am uploading a picture so you can see for yourself.

The last time I wrote a review of this place was in July of 2010…my how things change. The owner made some changes and got in a whole new staff and the place took a dive. First off the recent bartender. She is old and bitter. Has no idea what personal hygiene is. I asked for a PBR and she was looking in the liquor section. Finally the cook had to tell her that is was a beer they carry on draft. She says “How was I supposed to know I don’t drink this S@%!. When she brings you your food God forbid there is something wrong with your order or you need something like ranch or mustard. Your head will be bitten off. This happened months ago so we just recently went back in to see if she had got fired or quit or died or something. No such luck. Still rude as ever. The food is still good but the cook they got now seems like a little wanna be gang banger. I wondered to my self hwo in there right mind would hire a person like the bartender. Then I saw the owner. This peace of work is a waste of life. Makes his girlfriend carry in all the supplies and is not even man enough to hold the door open let alone help her out. The food is still good tough. No one is ever in this place for good reason.

Im not sure what the issue is, but I live close to the restaurant and I am never able to get through on their phone line. I wish I could review their food, but I am never able to get to someone that will take an order. Doesn't make much sense that you have a pizza place that doesn't take orders or even answer their phone!!

Nice place, clean and friendly. But the pizza is horrible!!! When it was Big Guys Pizza it was great pizza. I know it's a different place now under new management but come on... Make me want to eat your pizza too. We always used to go when it was the other pizza, it was sooooooo good. But now that it is Red Rock Road pizza, I went once and the pizza barely had any flavor, the crust tasted like flour and water. I haven't been back. Sorry.

Ever been to Red Rock pizza? Why not? This place rocks. The staff is great. They are the friendliest bunch of people I have ever met. My friend and I visit RR pizza a couple times a week and are always welcomed. The food is great and fresh. I would recommend the pizza. This is some of the best Pizza around. The place is kept clean as well. I do think there are some things they could do to improve business though. If anything I would suggest drink specials and maybe a Karaoke night. It would be great if they were open on Mondays too. Regardless I’m sure my friend and I will be a regular for a long time. This place simply rocks. Give it a shot

I like to give a place the benefit of the doubt. I went there, they had a real Chef cooking and the food was out of this world! I go there a month later and Chef Bruce is gone and the food totally sucks. Save your money and get good food anywhere else. Don't bring your kids, the blonde bartender has such a foul filthy mouth and her hind end hanging out, I'm suprised they let her work in a place that wants to serve children. If the employees are foul and filthty, the food is too.

sorry the old owners did not make it, can not believe they failed as the food was great. tried the new place and must tell. the place looks horrible, why did thet change the look. some one with no taste decided to put the borring touch to it. food was worse. prices are higher on the pies and the quality is straight from the can and box. apps prices are lower but agian the Q is much lower. this place will not make if the old owners could'nt. might try it once more but i doubt it.

We tried this pizza place just a few weeks after they first opened..the pizza was just OK. We again went there for a baseball team meeting a few months after they had been opened. Still just OK on the pizza. Prices seemed a tad high. Haven't tried it in a while so I guess I'll have to try again and see if they have perfected their pies yet. The decor was nice. It was clean. Nice to have eating establishments closer to home.

Living in Cold Springs we really love to find such a great place close to home. This place has it all; wonderful decor, pleasant staff & marvelous food. The pizza is great, sometimes innovative i.e. the BLT. In addition to great wings, the burgers are wonderful & well priced. I like to substitute carrot & celery sticks for fries(not on menu)

We love this place. The chicken wings wont last five minutes in my house of all boys. The name says it all the pizza is BIG!!! The customer service will make you come back again and again, then you'll try the pizza and you will never go anywhere else. Try Big Guy's Pizza you can't go wrong.
