$490.95 for 4 small bedrooms! A Complete Scam! Please stay away from this company. I have a very small house with small rooms. This company cleaned 4 rooms. I received my receipt two months ago for the carpet cleaning for $114.. I discovered yesterday that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this issue and the owner Andrew was no help.

I had my carpets cleaned on 9/24/16 my appointment was between 8 to 10 they called around 8:15 and was at my house by 8:30. The Carpet Tec was very nice and did a fantastic job he was able to remove stains. I would recommend them. Neila Collins Sparks NV

I actually scheduled 2 appointments with Real Deal, 1st for stretching and repair and then the 2nd for cleaning the carpet. Both times everyone was punctual and professional. The stretching and repairs came out amazing, the same goes for the cleaning. Quite reasonable priced for everything. Will definitely refer Real Deal to anyone who needs a professional and local business.

I was in dire need of a carpet cleaner yesterday, mainly to deal with pet soiling. A lovely lady named Pat answered the phone. She gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled someone to come out same day, and was so very pleasant to talk to.



Paul came out later that afternoon to take care of our rugs. The pet treatment was affordable ($25 per area, keep in mind the areas were fairly small). He also gave us a deal on the overall cleaning as the large sofas that were not moved out of the living room or family room cut down on a lot of the area he needed to clean. He was in and out within an hour and a half. He was also nice to talk to and had 25+ years experience in the business. I felt much more comfortable with his experience over the college kids that often get sent out from other companies. All for about $150.



My husband and I can be tough cookies and they passed the cleaning and customer service tests with flying colors. We will ONLY be using Real Deal in the future.



Note: be leery of the company in town that wants to estimate you by the sq ft, they add up really quickly and will be twice the cost!

Andrew came out and gave a very fair quote to stretch the carpet to remove high wrinkles from an improper install. They scheduled the work and it was performed quickly and courteously. Pat checked that we were happy with the work before accepting payment. We will use them for cleaning and any further stretching that is needed.

They are GREAT! We had not cleaned our carpets for sometime, and they were dirty and we had some pet stains from our old dog. They cleaned our carpets and they look AWSOME and smell GREAT and look like new again. It was wonderful to have our LOCAL, Respectful,Educated, LICENSED, and INSURED company service our carpets in our home. They are very trustworthy, and kept their price at what they had estimated. We also had them clean our vehicle! WOW! Great work! We are sharing with our neighbors and friends at church who to use to clean their carpets,and upholstery! We will have them back soon to clean our couch!

I was looking for a honest company to come clean my carpets.. I called around before I chose a company. I never have had a professional company clean my carpets before, I always just used my little cleaner myself. I was nervous it was going to cost 300-400 dollars because my carpets looked so bad and I had some holes from the puppy chewing on the corner of my carpets so I needed some repairs. The techs called me upon arrival, and presented themselves very professionally, they even had their shirts tucked in and wearing belts, which to me is a very nice way to represent a company. They did a walk through and told me everything about my carpets, from why its so dirty, what the stains are, what kind of carpet it was, etc. He knew what he was talking about, they make my carpets look beautiful!! They took their time, they didn't rush anything, I am and was very thrilled by their work, this company is amazing and you will not be disappointed in the results and price!!!. I also found out that they do tile, and im so excited for them to come out and clean them. Thank you so much, you made my home smell and look so good. This is the least I can do is write a review for this company I recommend this company, if you want great quality, with professional work with great prices, use this company.

My husband picked this company because of the low prices they offered. We have just bought a new house in sparks and the carpets were in very poor condition, we were worried that we would have to replace them. But we were willing to at least try cleaning them first. They arrived on time, they gave a great deal considering the condition of my carpet. I was really thrilled with how professional both the two young men were. Deacon told me that they would be able to take care of my carpets no problem. After they were finished, everything looked and smelled brand new!!! I am so happy with their knowledge and effort. Thank you so much Real Deal, moving into my new CLEAN home makes it feel so much better. Will be using you in the future when needed.

Service provided was excellent. I have cream colored carpet and they were able to not only clean 4 rooms in less than an hour, the worn down look in the hallway is gone. I will definitely use them again in 6 months.

Before I hired Real Deal I used evergreen, and my carpets never seemed to look the way I wanted them too. To me it seemed that they were rushing to finish my house and just leave. So a friend of mine gave me the number to Real Deal, My carpets were a mess, I have 2 children and they spill their juice everywhere, I also have dogs and they traffic my carpet with mud, dirt, sometimes pee etc. I felt that my carpets needed replacement. But I called Real Deal When they got here they were the most polite couple of people I've had clean my carpets. They did a walk through and said that it will be no problem. They got every red stain, pee stain and smell out. My carpets looked brand new. I was so happy, they also layed down this protective layer that protects your carpets from, well my children lol, My carpets smell and look amazing. I will never have a different carpet company clean my carpets again. They were fantastic, I give them a 5 star for there overall work from when they got here and from when they left.
