I feel I need to let everyone know about one of the worst experiences in my life... a few years ago I lost a ring, thankfully I did have it insured. I called my insurance company and was told to shop for a replacement ring of the insurance value of approximately $3400.00. I went to Precision Diamonds and was greeted by the owner. I explained my situation and he began to show me rings. One of these rings had a tag on it of $7800.00. I told him I could not go over the amount the insurance company was giving me. He then told me he could give the $7800.00 ring for the amount of the insurance coverage. I was thrilled. He then told me he would size the ring for me and I could pick the ring up then next day. I told him I needed to get a receipt from him first and then turn it into the insurance company and they would send a check to him. He told me no problem. Come back tomorrow and get the ring and I will contact your insurance today and fax them a receipt. You can take the ring tomorrow. He said he works this way with insurance companies all the time. The next day I came and picked up my beautiful ring. I told him I needed an appraisal also so I could get it insured. He told me no problem I will have it for you by day after tomorrow. I came back in two days and he told me he was busy come in tomorrow. When I came back he told me he had received the check from the insurance company but still did not have my written appraisal for me yet. This went on for 3 weeks. He then began avoiding me when I came in the store. I decided to take the ring to two other local jewelers. I did not say anything to them about what was going on, I just asked each one to take a look at the ring and tell me what they would charge for this ring retail. Both said between $1200.00 and $1500.00. Now remember this is a ring he had priced at $7800.00 but gave to me for $3400.00. I called my insurance company and told them what happened and told them I wanted a check to me for the $3400.00 and when I got that I would sent them the crappy ring. So beware, If you take something in to be cleaned or buy from them chances are you are getting the worse diamonds in the store and if they have your ring for any reason chances are they are taking your expensive diamonds and replacing them with bad ones. Because really how many of us have the eye to really know how good a diamond is . if is sparkles a lot we can all be fooled. They are cheaters and lairs, !!!!

I have been going here for years. Since they were in Parklane Mall. They do amazing work and always guarantee their work. Will continue to always go here.

In my opinion, the owners and the people that work there are very, very vain, fake and stuck up people.

A friend highly recommended them for repairs and now I know why. Customer service here is top priority. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpfull. Moises re-placed my stone in my ring for the repair, and I bought another beautiful ring too, with help from Cruz. They even called out for a special stone I'm looking for. My new ring was sized and my wedding rings cleaned while I waited (15 minutes). I am so happy with my overall experience with this team and will go back for all my jewelry needs.
