Not a true Wash, Dry, & Fold service as advertised on their website. I dropped off my normal laundry since I'm living in a hotel away from home. I was told it would be ready by Friday after 5 even though it was Tuesday. I agreed to pay extra to have it ready next day. I wasn't able to make it the next day so I came on Thursday to pick it up and was told not everything was ready. I was also told that they won't wash my socks and underwear! So I was charged nearly $60 to wash normal laundry except for the most important items and I still have to go back to pick up the rest. They couldn't even bother to call me and inform me that they won't wash everything!!

I went to the Vista avenue store and picked my shirt. Not thinking to inspect the shirt, I took it home and put it in my closet. Several weeks later, I took the shirt out to wear for a special occasion, I realized the shirt was missing a button. On closer inspection, I discovered the right front panel had been torn completely to the side seam, and very artfully sown together in carefully matching the pattern so as to hide the new patched seam. Had the repair been completed with a matcjing button I might not have ever noticed it. Then I discovered a yellow tag stapled to the bottom of the right panel that reads, "DEFECTIVE CONDITION BEFORE CLEANING," I guess the implication being I brought it in deffective. I did not; the damage and repair was undoubtedly done at Peerless Cleaners dry cleaning plant.

I no longer can trust them to care for my clothes, and have since learned others have had similar experiences as i have. I will never do business with them again.
