Dr. Murphy and his staff were very professional and caring. After researching many plastic surgeons in Reno I chose Dr. Murphy due to his website and great reviews. His website has a lot of pictures to browse and the results look amazing in the pictures.
When I went in for a consultation the office was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Dr. Murphy was very informative and patient with me and all my questions and concerns. I was able to lay my worries out on the table and get each one addressed without feeling rushed or pushed into a decision. He was very informative and able to make recommendations based on my personal wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Dr. Murphy and his staff are supportive from start to finish. After breast feeding 4 babies, losing weight, and turning the corner of 40 my breasts took a dive to the South Pole. My consultation with Dr. James Murphy was relaxed and I felt he was very knowledgable of what I needed to have done. Their was no pressure from him or anyone in his office to set the procedure up.
