McMullin Sierra Studios is now offering lessons in the fields of voice, dance, acting, percussion, guitar, composition, and sound engineering/studio recording. So if you have ever been interested in any of these, please give us a call! We currently offer 2 methods of lessons: Mobile or at Sierra Nevada Academy Charter School in Stead. Our rates are very affordable, compared to other local instructors, and you will receive a well rounded performing arts education. Whether you are looking for just guitar, or just voice, you will still learn not just how to play your instrument of choice, but also how to read music and interpret different styles. You will walk away knowing you have the skills to play any piece of music you wish. The instructors, Stephanie and Chris McMullin are professional performers that have been performing in the Reno/Carson/Tahoe area for the past 2 decades. Stephanie has been teaching private voice, acting, and dance lessons for the past 3 years, and studied music education with a focus on vocal performance at the University of Nevada, Reno. Chris Graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Art and studied percussion at the University of Nevada, Reno. Chris is self taught with guitar and composition, as has released "The Voice That Echoes", an original composition, on iTunes. The remainder of the album is set to release in 2012.
