extremely understaffed. No compassion for the patients. Patients left unattended for hours. Visited there and patients are not happy but, had no other choices because they rely on medicare. Many people left in soiled linen or no linen. Overall, no recommended for someone I love.

Friendly nurses and staff. Unusually high number of patient falls. Kitchen and nutritionist don't know the meaning of RENAL diet. And at night I've seen the staff literally pour liquid anitbiotics down their sinks and seen them pop out cups full of unused medications and narcotics and flush them down their toilets. All I can say is, don't drink the water and have your family wear hip protectors.

Nursing care, managemnt very friendly and truely seem to love their jobs. Many of the CNA's are lacking in their care-personal care and health, and assistance in the dining room. (also management of resident's personal clothing and belongings-putting things away, etc.)

Staff and therapy is great. Management not so much. Plus it would be great not to be understaffed all the time. The only time there is are enough staff around is when state review is in. Immediately after management does a mass lay-off or a large number of staff are "encouraged", especially if your pregnant or a minority, to resign. Also very inappropriate for management to be flushing all unused or outdated medications, anti-biotics or narcotics down the toilet/sewer system.

Physical Therpy is awesome. Nothing but the best. Nursing care is average. Food service needs improvement.
