I knew my Ins. was not 100%, and the work on my wife was not an emergency, so we told them that we wanted to know the cost before any work was done. We gave them our Ins. card, and after a time was told that we would have to pay a portion, and the rest was covered. We then said go ahead. Had they told us we would have to pay the whole amount, which is what they are saying now, we would not have gone ahead. There is a big disconnect within their staff - be careful!!!- Tag
