After attempting to contact the corporate office of this company twice for information, and receiving no replies. I was left with the perception that they lack competence as an organization. And my contact with their Northern Nevada Human Relationship Manager has shown that their local officers are just as incompetent in their ability to follow through on their responsibilities. I can only hope that their security officers conduct themselves in a more professional manner.
