0Great Service, I love the fact that they show all the old parts to you. Very Transparent. Hard to find a Honest shop !!!
Took my Honda in for Oil change. They did a visual inspection and found that the power steering hose had a leak. It was covered under warranty. Thanks because the warranty was just about expired like 700 miles left. saved me 100's of dollars. Was in and out in 1 hour.
I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle on a Thursday morning and I was told I had to drop it off between 7:30a and 8:00am. When I got there they told me that they wouldn't even be able to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and give me an estimate until Monday. It's frustrating that I had to go out of my way to get my vehicle there at a certain time and that no one was up front about the time frame for an estimate. If I made an appointment for Thursday, why is my car sitting there until Monday? I will be finding some place else that knows the meaning of "appointment".
I am so sorry that we did not tell you of our X-mas party, we worked a half day and did have a mechanic on duty all day. I hope your vehicle was repaired to your satisfaction and please call me regarding this matter. Greg
I went to gregs because my car inginition switch was going out and it was hard to start my car. They treated me very well and didnt try to screw me over because i am a female and have no knowledge about cars other then they go vroom!!!! I would tell my friends if they have a problem to go see them! Thank you very much!!! You are appericated.
