Business History

Frank was educated at Regis College, the University of Regensburg in West Germany, and the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Since 1982 he has been a member of the Nevada and California bar. His professional distinctions include publications in several areas of practice, certification as a Civil Trial Advocate, and membership in the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Nevada Justice Association. Frank concentrates his trial practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as employment, geothermal, and complex commercial litigation. He advises our clients on employment matters including discrimination, drug testing and wrongful termination.
