Enviroscientists, Inc. (Enviroscientists) is a leading property develop and permit acquisition firm that specializes in assisting natural resource development industries with property development needs, evaluation of environmental effects, and compliance with ever-changing regulations. Based in Reno, Nevada, with an additional office in Elko, N​evada, Enviroscientists serves natural resource development clients throughout the western United States. Through our knowledge, experience, and insight, we help our clients plan, develop, implement, and manage cost-effective property development programs. Our services include the following: environmental impact assessment documents; environmental permits and licensing; environmental audits and site assessments; biological surveys including special status species; geological assessments; hazardous waste and materials management; air quality assessments; and environmental and institutional analysis. Enviroscientists’ staff members have provided numerous property development and environmental services products to mining and manufacturing industries as well as government agencies. Enviroscientists specializes in third party and proponent based work with the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service, and county governments.
