Only positive. Just started w/ dr Tannous as prev docs just moved out. One thing: he listens 100%. The staff is very pleasant w/ each other & w/ me which I love! Makes a big difference.

Asked on three different visits to explain MRI, never happened. Dr. never attempted to diagnose problem, only solutions offered were facet injections and nerve ablation. First facet was effective, not so much in next treatment. Went to a neurosurgeon and learned what ails me. Scheduled surgery to fix problems rather than mask.

I've been a patient for I'm thinking 15 years it's sad but true. I am Very grateful to have them as a part of my life. They have always tried to recommend and do the right thing. Empathy isn't there strong suit..but they help me in so many ways..

I have spinal injury and have went to way to many doctors. This is the best bunch of medical professionals that I have ever dealt with. For those who complain keep in mind you are in charge of your care. Communicate before your appointment so they have what you need to be able to disuse. They are not mind readers.

These are the greatest doctors for pain control EVER! I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews. Because there are so many patients who trust their health and happiness to these doctors, there might be a little delay in seeing them. That is because these doctors don't rush you through like cattle. They take all the time that is necessary to address your problem. They do not just shove pain pills at the patients. They want to find a long term resolution to your pain. I was going to another pain management clinic for over 2 years and they did nothing for me except get me addicted to high doses of narcotics. I came to Nevada Pain and Spine Specialist, and they started looking for another solution to my pain control problem. Now I'm off of all pain pills and I have an implanted pain pump. It has dealt with my pain problem wonderfully! And, if I need to come in early, all I have to do is call, and I'm there. This is why I gave NPSS 5 stars. they really deserve 10 stars!!!

I was on pain management here. I asked for more pain medications due to the crippling pain that I have on a daily basis but was refused. They subsequently told me that I was "No longer a patient". They just dismissed me!

I have been going to Nevada Pain & Spine since 2006, I have never waited over 10 minutes in the waiting area when I have had a scheduled appointment !! I have found ALL of the staff menbers along with the Doctor's to be caring !! They do listen to their Patients and they treat them with dignity. It helps for patients to take the time to have a detailed account of what their complaint is in the first place. Patients need to take the time to WRITE down what is going on with them: Who, what, when, where and Why ! Often patients are unable to explain what they are experiancing and when it occur's, prior tests and results plus knowing opast medications given andf out comes of prior therapy. Doctors are not mind readers, they need specifics if you are unable to provide them with detailed explainations of what is going on with your body then you can not expect them to just hand out medications. Be prepaired for your office visit to make the most of the Doctors time and be a part of your own care! A Pain clinic treats chronic already DIAGNOSED pain. I would recommend Nevada Pain & Spine to anyone who has chronic pain they DO LISTEN & they do care. Doctors do have limited to spend with each patient in order to be able to treat others who need their care. Start by being a good patient and coming prepared to make the most of your appointment.
