Dr. Pollock is fantastic and I will continue to see him. Unfortunately, his front office staff is very unprofessional. I was in for an appointment and while I was in the waiting area I could hear the front office staff discussing a patient that was having financial issues and how they didn't feel sorry for this patient and that she was awful to deal with. Also, the day before my appointment I received a call from one of the women in the front office and she had left a message for me informing me of the total cost for the procedure I was having done the next day. Well, when my procedure was done I went to check out and the woman informed me that I had a past due balance that was over $100.00. I had asked her why there was a balance and what it was for and she literally just shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't know, but this is what you owe." She also didn't answer when I asked her why I wasn't informed of the balance prior to this visit. Great doctor, horrible staff...
