Excellent service and beautiful floral arrangements.

I found Devonwoods on Yelp, and I'm SO glad I did! I called and spoke to one of the owners, Riz, who took amazing care & attention on the phone while asking for details about my order. I try very hard when possible to use local florists/businesses when possible and it really pays off-- especially in this case. I live about 3,000 miles away and was ordering a condolence arrangement for my family who lost a pet this week. Riz understood how important pets can be & assured me by saying "Its just as hard as losing a family member". Most of the time, there's no way of knowing what ends up getting delivered but Riz called to ask my email address to send me photos. I was SHOCKED at how beautiful the arrangement was-- and I know for a fact that what was delivered was well beyond what I had paid for. Devonwood Florist Is the Best, the owners and people who work for them just want to Please. I have been using them for about 4 years and never been disappointed ever. There arrangements they have made for me are very creative and they really listen to what I have asked them to make for me. I have had plenty arrangements made for my home and they have made beautiful arrangements for my Husbands grave and his vases on plaque for Holidays, Birthday and anniversary of his death, not once have I been disappointed and I recommend them highly and give 5 stars. This place is one of the worst florist in Reno. The owner is a total Cowbag who is rude and dishonest. The flowers are pathetic looking and sad and do not match the picture you see online. Since there are so many other florist in town I suggest you go to one of them and steer clear of Devonwood. Their Candy kitchen is filthy too. They have a dog in the back around the cookies and candies. The owners are COVERED in dog hair when they come to the front.They use less than standard vases and the balloons are faded and scratched up.They are rude to their employee's and one of the girls who helped me left the room the woman who owns the place came out front and was putting her down for NO good reason. I was very let down.
