I've been in this specific location twice and both times have encountered horrible service. Makes me question Crickets whole HR. Nobody cares to even greet a customer instead they act like youre wasting their time. The last time I decided to give them another try it was still the same two people from the previous experience. Dont know their names,dont care to find out. They both wear glasses which goes to prove just because someone wears glasses doesnt mean theyre smart. So I went in-no greet. Both reps were attending 1 customer. After about 5 minutes one looks over at me & tells me itll be a minute. I walked out. What happened to attentive,respectful customer service? SHAME ON YOU CRICKET FOR POOR JUDGEMENT OF CHARACTER AND QUALITY.
