Evelyn Mount, her family & friends run this wonderful nonprofit organization.They supply items mainly to seniors but Evelyn turns no one away who is in need.She feeds people 365.25 days a year.She is the one you see on TV around the Holidays asking for food donations.Not only does her pantry run every day but she also takes nicely used items to give to others.My husband went Home in 1/04; I kept all his clothes & other items until November, so she could hand them out during the Holidays.If you have never taken the time to meet her PLEASE do.Her daughter & a male friend even came to my house to p/u my 15yo console TV that still worked perfectly but my Father had purchased me a new 1. At the same time we decided to clear out my freezer before the food expired,1 person eats a lot less then 2. I've been donating to her since 1981 when she use to keep her garage door open all night.We worked swingshift & shopped after work. Therefore we could put the food we'd purchased away for the group.
