      Chacon & Menante, ( C & M ) and its principal and senior engineer's combined experience exceeds 81 years, essentially in the areas of land development, for public and private sector clients. C & M's team presently includes 6 persons, who are fully supported by the forefront of technology with their hardware and software design tools. This team includes 3 licensed professional engineers both in Nevada and California - Samuel R. Chacon, Lisa Chacon Menante, and David Pulley along with one 1 licensed professional engineer and land surveyor, George Fong. Peter Rissone and Virginia Ibarra support the staff, with their fifteen plus years of drafting and technical skills.We pride ourselves on providing a quality product, on time and within budget. We are positioned to provide the finest land development engineering and project management and hope that an opportunity arises to be of service in the near future.
