We live in Lake Tahoe and when something breaks (like your refrigerator) and you need an appliance service call, you usually get bad news . . . meaning no one can get to you for 48 hours. But, when I contacted Blue Sage in Reno they sent someone the very same day. Not only did Don discover what part was necessary, when he realized he didn't have one on the truck he drove up in, he drove BACK down to Reno, got the part, and drove BACK up to the lake . . . and never complained or alerted me of an over charge. Once he got the new part in and was satisfied with the workings of the refrigerator, he smiled and handed me the bill. I almost fainted! What I expected to be a overage of charges based on travel, it was just the opposite. Fair, friendly, and compassionate. I would recommend Blue Sage to anyone in the Reno or Lake Tahoe area and intend to keep them in my contacts for a long time! Thanks Dawn & Don!
I called Blue Sage Appliance Repair.They set up a 2 hour window when they would be out .They showed up within 30 min. of the time frame.The young man that came out was very good at his Job.I think his name was Mat. .He found the trouble right away.. He had to go get parts from some one else, but as soon as he got the part he had the trouble taken care right away..I will tell friends and family in the Reno Sparks to use this company if they need any repairs done on appliances.
