Unlike the other dealers in Reno Nevada, Big Valley Honda shows that it cares about its customers. The service department was great, my street bike runs better than ever. I will now even take my ATV's of another brand to them for service work. They have the best parts people in the valley. Honda makes a great bike, but Big Valley Honda make ownership great.

Over the last 10 yrs or so I have purchased 3 motorcycles and a lot of parts and gear from Big Valley Honda in Reno, NV. The overwhelming majority of time they have treated me right and the service has been excellent. The Parts Dept. is friendly and doesn't have that "I'm to cool attituide" that unfortunately too many other bike shops in our area have. On the few times they have made a mistake they corrected it quickly and that means a lot in my book.
