I have waited two days for a repairman. When I called for a follow-up the operator couldn't "find" Nevada on her "list." Still waiting.

First off, they are always closed. Random hours of the day. I went in once and asked them about it and they said if ONE person calls in sick they close the whole office for "security" reasons, yet they have 4 inch think walls and glass counters, this isnt Oakland! it is reno for goodness sake! Also, I called the local phone number and got some random people in who knows what state.
